  • No refunds for change of mind or because you didn't read item specifics clearly stated in the listing/ description. We will 'make-good' when there are genuine issues within our control. If you change your mind, we will accept a return if you send the item back in the same condition as it was shipped to you. If there is an issue with an item please send photos with your message.
  • Items damaged in the post - there is insurance but Australia Post requires photos and may require you to visit a post office with the item and the package. This is their process. Please keep everything as it arrived. If you are collecting from a post office please lodge a complaint onsite.
  • Postage - postage prices are set to try and breakeven. We use recycled card and bubble wrap where possible.
