The Lego Friends 41318 Heartlake City Hospital set is a retired building toy released in 2017 by Lego. With 871 pieces, this set allows children to construct the Heartlake City Hospital from the Friends theme. Made in Denmark, the set comes in a box packaging and was retired in 2018. Perfect for young builders and Lego enthusiasts, this set offers hours of imaginative play and creativity.


 Item is brand new but does have some box damage from shipping in a pallet with other items. This does not affect the inside contents, but if you are looking for a perfect box this isn't it because it does have some flaws. I tried to picture some of the best I could. But all the insides are still in perfect condition!
