Michael Jackson - Bad 1987 Epic Records / Pepsi Promo Picture Disc LP

This was donated to the charity and I am unsure of the offical grading but it looks near mint to me. I have tried to take close up photos so please judge this for yourself.

The sleeve has a few marks and a tear in the bottom which you can see on the last photo
