Please assume the worst possible condition when bidding/buying any items. We do our best to showcase all items. We want to be clear that most pre-owned items will have some wear and may require cleaning.

Orders are not able to be canceled once they have been placed. We ship all orders in 24-48 hours on weekdays. (We do not ship on weekends.) We are not able to stop are shipping process once an order has been placed. Auctions that are not paid for and canceled will result in your account no longer being able to shop with our location.

Unless they are shown in the photos or it is stated otherwise, power cords, accessories, and remotes are not included 

We are currently not taking offers on items unless stated otherwise. We do not separate lots or individual listings out. Items are stocked as we receive them. We do not have backstock of items that are listed. We reserve the right to block any buyer who ignores this and sends messages relating to any of this. 

Batteries are not included with any listings. They may have been used to test the product. Even if they are included in a photo, they will not be sent with the item due to shipping concerns.

Auctions: Any request to retract bids after the alloted eBay time will not be granted. Any request to cancel an auction order will result in your account not being able to shop with our location. Not honoring an auction bid ruins an auction for all those who were bidding with the intent to buy. We cannot allow accounts who do not intend to pay to shop with us as a result.

• To contact us for any reason, please send a message. Our Customer Service Team is generally available Monday-Friday 8am-3pm Central Time.
• Please note, we are a small staff and may not have the resources available to provide additional information, photos or details not present in the listing.
• Because we are not experts in any category, please view all photos and read available descriptions, and bid accordingly.
• All items are untested and sold "as is" unless stated otherwise.

Damaged Items:

• A claim has to be filed for any items that are damaged in transit
• We can only provide a partial or full refund based on the amount we get back in the claim process
• This process requires the customer to provide photos of the item, packing material, and box (Do not get rid of any of these until a refund has been provided)
• It may also require the customer to get a quote of repair for the claim service
• Refusal to go through this process can result in the disabling of purchasing with our location

Shipping information:

• Shipping costs on all items are calculated based on dimensional weight.
• Orders will be processed by FedEx or USPS within 1-3 business days of payment during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-3pm Central Time)
• Requests to expedite shipping, or for the use of extra packing materials cannot be honored.
• Orders over $250.00 will require a signature upon delivery.
• All orders are shipped to the address on the buyers eBay profile by default. If an order needs to be shipped to a different address, the buyer is responsible for updating the Ship To address during payment/checkout, as we cannot change the shipping address after payment is made.

Local Pickup:

• Items can be picked up locally upon request.
• Pickup times are by appointment only through messaging us. 
• Local pickup is unavailable on holidays.
• All pickup orders must be scheduled with a date and time to the NEAREST 20 MINUTES at least 24 hours in advance.
• Pickup times are Monday-Friday 9:00 am-3:00pm.
