Vintage R.M.E. Model 99 Shortwave Ham Radio Receiver & Army HS-22-C Headphones

I really don't know anything about this radio other than it powers on and the headphones appear to work.

The headphones are Signal Corps U.S. Army model HS-22-C.

Looks like all original electronics, please see pictures of components.

Comes with everything in the pictures.  Very heavy.
