Is delivery really that quick?

In the vast majority of cases, yes it is! There are always going to be exceptions, such as a (very rare) stock shortage, a courier misroute (where the courier mistakenly sends a parcel to the wrong depot) or courier damages but these are the exceptions.

We use a selection of couriers. Our system takes customer feedback from customers local to you into account when selecting the appropriate courier to deliver to you. Where we've previously had problems in your local area with a particular courier we'll avoid using them again.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! In most cases we send full tracking details by email.

  3. Returns received by us 30 days or more after the date of despatch will not be accepted unless specifically agreed beforehand.
  4. We will process your return within 2 working days and will act quickly to action whatever we have agreed over email (refund, replacement or exchange).
