Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns—including new and unopened items—are subject to a restocking fee, which also covers the original shipping cost to you.
Opened items must be in resellable condition and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
Please provide the return tracking number as soon as the item has been shipped so we can monitor the return and process your refund promptly.
Damaged Item Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact the seller right away so we can assist with a resolution. Once the damaged/defective claim has been verified, a replacement will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
All damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement.
Shipping Labels
For all approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please do not assume that a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. We do not offer free returns or reimburse return shipping fees.
In some cases, items authorized for return outside the standard return window may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a 25%–50% restocking fee, depending on the item’s condition upon inspection, as the return is considered out of policy.
Refunds
We kindly ask for your patience regarding refunds. Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and verified. Once approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, a package is refused, or an item is returned to sender, carriers such as UPS or FedEx may charge a return fee ranging from $9.99 to $39.99. These fees will be passed on to the customer, as they are outside of our control.
Returns that are damaged or used and cannot be resold as new will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, as this significantly impacts our ability to resell the item.
