The listing includes the

The system has been cleaned internally and the exterior has been wiped down. The DS has been tested and plays perfectly. No dead pixels and the hinge hold up very well. The battery holds charge. The button silicon membranes has been checked and cleaned so the buttons are responsive and tactile. Touch screen works. Both game slot works. No games included. 

There are some wear and tear on the exterior shell. Top screen has very fine scratches that is not too bad with the screens on. Bottom screen is in excellent condition.

Slot-1 (DS game) and Slot-2 (GBA game) can read games without any problems.

Volume, wifi, and mic is all working.
