• Refunds will not be given for items lost in transit, once the item is with Royal Mail it is out of our control. We will however offer a replacement item.

Shipping

• Free Shipping unless you upgrade to first class then you will only pay the difference.
• Items will usually be processed within 24 hours and sent by Royal Mail.
• Please allow up to seven days after the item has dispatched for it to arrive.

We do not accept returns on personalised items that are misspelled, UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will do a replacement straight away.
