The LS is Cobra's lowest-launching, lowest-spinning OPTM driver. Crafted with a compact, player-preferred footprint, the LS is designed for faster players seeking superior speed, control, and workability or those who prioritize spin reduction. Three weights in the driver's sole can be interchanged to fine-tune ball flight and trajectory control.

MOI, or "moment of inertia", is the term the golf industry uses to measure a club's stability and forgiveness. When a mishit occurs, the club head rotates around the ball, causing the face to twist open and push a shot offline. The higher the MOI, the more stable the club is, and the more resistant it is to twisting at impact. Cobra's OPTM family of metalwoods and hybrids is the first to optimize the club head for POI, or "product of inertia." While MOI measures stability in both horizontal and vertical directions, POI measures stability diagonally. By optimizing both MOI and POI using advanced supercomputing to strategically position weight in the head, OPTM delivers dramatically increased stability and forgiveness. Cobra's testing backs that claim, with OPTM producing a 23% tighter dispersion, meaning significantly straighter and longer mishits.

4 Shipping policy

Puetz Golf orders will ship via various preferred carriers. Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment.  All Packages are protected 100% until the merchandise is delivered.  All Shipments times are quoted in business or shipping days, UPS Next Day, and 2nd Day services are not available to deliver holidays or weekends.  We are not responsible for products after delivered from our shipping provider.  If customer would like a signed delivery service, please contact customer service.

Processing Times
Most orders completed by 12PM PST (3PM EST) ship out same day! All other orders will be processed and fulfilled within one business day. Drop Ship products and orders completed on Saturdays require additional processing time. 

**Due to package size restrictions from carriers, some large or bulky items (such as carts, bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) may require additional shipping charges.

International shipping
Most international packages are shipped through eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) because of its reach and convenience. By using the GSP as our preferred international shipping method, your items are shipped domestically to a US shipping center, and then rerouted to the destination. International shipping will be handled, including any applicable duties and taxes that are pre-paid upon checkout, and shipped to you - with full tracking visibility - using a fast, reliable, international carrier.

 

5 Return Policy

To initiate a return, visit “Returning an Item” to request a return authorization from the seller.

Puetz Golf Superstores offers a 30-day return on most products purchased via this site. Quality merchandise and low prices has been our trademark.  Our ultimate concern is your 100% satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund if it is:

New and unused

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the packing list/receipt provided with the order

 

The following products may NOT be returned:

Special orders

Custom/Personalized orders

Merchandise that has been used

Videos, DVDs or Software that have been opened; or Items not purchased at puetzgolf.com or a Puetz Golf Superstore.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

 

Returning clubs and items that were purchased new and being returned used, it is no longer considered new and you will be subjected to a minimum 25% restocking fee, based on condition (limited to 30 days from purchase).

 

Returning clubs that were purchased used or shop worn need to be returned within 30 days.

 

Any product returned by a customer without authorization from Puetz Golf will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

 

To receive full product credit, all parts, accessories, literature, tools and head covers (if applicable) must be returned with the product.

 

Puetz Golf is not responsible for the return shipping and associated costs.

 

Refunds
Returns will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax if applicable. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 30 days after we receive your return for the refund to be issued.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order contains an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping or was defective out of the box, make sure to save the shipping carton and all original packaging, and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

 

Items Missing from Package
Depending on the type of product ordered and the number of items ordered, some orders may ship in multiple packages and may arrive on different days. Please check your packing list to verify what was to be included in your package. Some products may not have been shipped yet and will ship in a separate package. If you do find items are missing from your package that should have been included, please Contact Us as soon as possible for assistance.

 

Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact Puetz Golf prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

It is expected that every order will be handled properly and without complications, but in some rare circumstance, disputes will arise. Since the sale is between the customer and the seller, Puetz Golf has no obligation to resolve the dispute. It is expected that this situation will rarely arise and that the seller will have the best interest of their customers in mind.

Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Puetz Golf reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your PayPal account charged.
