Originally was fit with 28” wheels , to my knowledge it can also be fitted with 26 or 27.5 inch wheels.

Comes with: bottom bracket, derailleur hanger, seatpost clamp, and rear hose for hydraulic brake.

Functionally all sound good, cosmetically as photos.
