Not working. The balance is good; it runs for a few seconds when the balance is moved but then stops. It probably needs cleaning and oiling as it hasn't been serviced for some time. I movement doesn't appear to have any missing parts and clean from oxidation.
The gold case is in very good condition with minimal surface scratches consistent with the age and use.
The acrylic crystal has some surface scratches but can be polished.
The dial has some damage around the edges between 3-4 and 9-10 markers.
The leather band is for display only. The lining is cracking and needs replacing.
I can recommend you a great watchmaker for service if you're in the US. He charges around $200-$250 for cleaning (plus if any replacement parts needed).
