This is most solid and original A55/A60 Farina of any brand we have ever offered and she drives so very well too. Just 2 previous keepers in her 65 years!...that speaks volumes.
She is rock solid and a glance at her previous MOT history (she was MOT'ed up to 2017) and passed every MOT that is recorded on the DVLA database without advisory except for 2014 when she had a binding brake)...quite a remarkable record.
She is car show ready and we have put her through of workshop and stripped and adjusted her brakes and treated her to a new (new old stock) exhaust system to be very thorough in her preparation for sale.
The 1489cc B series engine is a delight and was always well known for reliability and long service, she has covered just 71k miles in her 65 years. The 4 speed manual gearbox is a treat too and she drives ever so well and will delight any enthusiast of the A55/A60 Farina cars of the era.
Many of these wonderful cars were lost to the banger racing track back in the day and current numbers are dwindling these days, The Austin Cambridge was always a delightful car to drive and the huge split bench front sear will bring back many happy memories of those who either them or rode in them back in the day (me included, my Dad drove an Austin Cambridge throughout the 1970's)
