The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.VII was a high-altitude variant of the iconic British fighter, designed to intercept enemy reconnaissance aircraft and bombers at extreme altitudes during World War II. This particular mark featured a pressurised cockpit and extended wingtips, making it a formidable interceptor in the later stages of the war.
This is a new, unstarted ICM 48062 1:48 scale plastic model kit of the Spitfire Mk.VII. The kit comes complete with all parts still sealed in their original plastic bags, along with the decal sheet and instruction manual. The box itself is in good condition with only minor shelf wear, including a slight scuff on one corner, as visible in the photographs.
An excellent opportunity for aviation enthusiasts and model builders to recreate a significant piece of WWII history. ICM kits are known for their detail, and this Spitfire Mk.VII is considered by many to be the nicest representation of this variant in 1:48 scale, offering numerous options for customisation.
