Fans of the " Good 'Ol " Grateful Dead !!!  As Wow ... it really gets no-more " Good Ol' Grateful Dead " than This ! ... " Anthem !!! ".  The Acid-Drenched 1968 G.D. Album ... consisting of 1968 Studio Tracks !! - in addition to ... 1967 & 1968 Live-Dead Tracks !!!  As offered here indeed is the Grateful Dead " Anthem of the Sun " ( 1968 ) ... exactly-how ' Anthem ' was originally-released - digitally mastered.  As Anthem - was already well-beyond its time ...  The Other One - Alligator - Caution ... making up the Finest ! of this '68 G.D. Work - and yes, we can certainly call this one a " G.D. Masterpiece !!! " - for its Time ! & Space !!  So yes ... if you don't have it ?  Well ... you need it for-sure - as this is a Grateful Dead " Groundbreaking ! " Album Masterpiece !! - in that Anthem is comprised of not only 1968 ' Studio ! ' Tracks - but, it also is comprised of 1967 ' Live !! ' Tracks as well ... mainly from the '67 Shrine ( L.A. ) run - in addition to the '68 Northern California & Pacific Northwest Tour !! - known best then - and now as ... " The Quick & The Dead !!! ".  And, on the topic of " Anthem " ... I must admit that there are not many ( I mean really ! many ) post-Garcia ' Dead ' moments that stick into to my mind in that way where you feel they will never leave ... but here's mine - regarding ' Anthem ' ... in respect to recent Live Times ... an it's a Powerhouse ! moment - to say the least.  Bobby Weir going for what almost darn-near looked like a ' string-break ' hammer-down follow-through during the ' Caution ' at the Eugene Furthur Shows in 2011.  And Wow ! ... am I not kidding - as this one fellow Fans - will live with me forever ... and yes, self-admitted I listen to Anthem probably way more than most.  This Album - as most of us know ... was the Grateful Dead ' arriving ' ... and it was Way ! before its time - as were they !!  Enjoy !!! ... and yes - my recommendation ( personally ... ) is to play this-one loud ( Real-Loud ! ).  Oh, and for what it's worth too ? ... Tons ! - as This-One even made the 2003 Rolling Stone ' List ' of " 500 Greatest Albums of All-Time " ... Pretty-Classic !  And, way-well deserving too - I'll say.  Beautiful ! '68 G.D. here my fellow Dead Fans ! - and no doubt about it ... Enjoy !!!!!

Records ) is in Very Good condition - very close to Like New.  CD ( 1-CD ) is in Very Good condition - close to Very Good/Like New with one light scratch mark on the playing surface (please see photos).  Liner Notes Inserts ( Front Insert ( 2-Pages ) & Back Insert Card ) are in Like New (Near Mint/Mint!) condition (please see photos).  CD Case ( 1-CD Jewel Case ) is in Like New (Near Mint/Mint!) condition (please see photos).  This CD was purchased Brand New / Factory Sealed decades ago - and has been very carefully stored inside protective plastic in my professional CD rack.  Please see all photos provided.  Photos included are of the actual item you will receive.  The Grateful Dead 1968 Studio-Live ' Hybrid !
