The Data Carddass collection, published by Bandai, and also called One Piece β Match, consists of cards compatible with a dedicated arcade cabinet and allowing battles to be carried out.
They had been announced since the end of 2007 but it was in May 2008 that the first cards appeared via a set of 15 cards distributed during a preview in Japan.

Distribution

This collection is distributed individually in vending machines, as well as in Jumbo, 4-cell binder sheet (Memorial Match Sheet).

This event took place in 10 cities across Japan in the fall of 2008 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Shonen Jump. In addition to the One Piece special, special anime from Dragon Ball, Tegami Bachi, Gintama, and Blue Dragon were also shown.
