My mother purchased this Hoosier in the1990s and loved it for many years.  She passed it on to me to repair and put online.  The original plywood interior shelf and drawer bottoms had disintegrated.  I was able to rehabilitate the large top drawer bottom, and put new bottoms in the two top right drawers.  The bottom drawer is the original tinned metal.  I added oak plywood to the bottom auto pull-out shelf and gave it a shellac and wax finish.

I have given the exterior a light coating of shellac and rubbed it with a bees wax restorer.  At some point the dark oak finish was removed before my mom purchased it, and I believe that the glass was restored on two of the upper doors.

She was able to buy the glass sugar measuring canister, six glass spice jars, a matching salt and pepper set, a large glass coffee canister and smaller glass tea canister to round out the set that it could have come with originally.

The Hoosier is located in Philadelphia and we can help the purchaser load it in their vehicle.  No delivery options are available.
