The video card will either display garbled colors on the screen, or will not display at all depending on your motherboard and it's settings. It is detected in device manager, but it shows a yellow ! mark with "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". The PCI-E 8-pin power connector is bent and there are some scratches and gouges on the heatsink shroud. I do not know if the video card was overclocked or mined on.

Your purchase comes with everything pictured. You are only buying what is pictured, and nothing else. If a cable or something else is not pictured, it is not included!
