Items will be shipped to winning buyers from Hong Kong or China via Speedpak, China Post, or Hong Kong Post.
A tracking number will be provided and can be traced at 17track.net.
Delivery times vary, typically ranging from 8 to 22 business days to most international destinations. Please note that delivery may be significantly delayed due to current circumstances.
Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties and import fees.

Items will be dispatched from Monday to Saturday in China, excluding Sundays and public holidays. In Hong Kong, items will be dispatched twice a week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Please allow 7-12 working days from the nearest Saturday (GMT +8) following receipt of your payment for delivery. This is subject to a cooling-off period of 10 working days.
Postal Compensation
If an item is found to be damaged during delivery, we will assist the buyer in liaising with Speedpak or the post office to claim compensation.
In the event that a parcel is lost during delivery, we require a Lost Parcel Confirmation Letter from your local post office. We will forward this to Speedpak or the post office; however, please be aware that the investigation process may take up to three months to complete.
Buyers are required to report any loss or damage to the item within 30 days after the auction ends. We assume no responsibility or liability for loss or damage reported more than 30 days after the auction concludes.
Return Policy
Buyers should contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for any return inquiries.
Refunds will be issued as exchanges only.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged items are not eligible for return.
