Here's a Sankor Anamorphic Adapter M lens. The glass is clean with just a few very minor scratches.  The last 2 pics were taken thru the lens held up to my phone's camera. It does some weird effects in this "mode"!! 
 I have no idea what this is/was used in conjunction with. It's almost 6 1/2" long and the rear part of the cell (small end) is 70mm in diameter, front 96mm.  Focusing helical works end to end.
