Starts and runs smooth. 61.5CC engine. All genuine parts since I have owned it, fresh service. Comes with a 20" genuine Stihl chainsaw bar.
Check out the video of the saw running and accelerating. This saw was tuned and preset using Stihl Motomix or TruFuel, depending on the age of the saw and what we had on hand at the time. It was tested and then cleaned for resale.

Note on shipping chainsaws. All of my chainsaws will be shipped via UPS. They will be packed well and usually shipped without bar and chain attached. They are drained of all fluids. Usually I run them dry as well, the USPS shipping standards are very strict about fluids leaking.
When you receive this saw, reattach the bar and chain. Never run a chainsaw long without a bar and chain installed... that will cause overspeed and that will damage the saw. Fill the tank with fresh clean fuel. We recommend fuel that is 93 octane or better and less than 30 days old. Mix the oil properly into the fuel. Fill the bar oil with good quality clean oil. If the saw has a primer, use it to bleed the air. If it is not primer equipped, like most professional saws, expect to pull a few times more than normal to bleed the system full of fuel. Remember, our saws are shipped dry. Start the saw and allow it to warm up and bleed the air out of the system. Then enjoy!
Our saws come preset and tuned for the fuels available in Virginia. Most of our older saws have fully adjustable carburetors... they are a blessing and very handy, but be very very careful about adjusting the carburetors unless you have experience tuning a saw. There is no easier way to ruin a saw than playing with adjustments. Our saws are set and tuned using canned, pre mixed fuels. We like Stihl Motomix, VP Fuels canned gas, or TruFuel. Unless you use those consistent fuels, some adjustments may be necessary. If you have issues with the saw, we appreciate the chance to help you. They leave our shop tested and ready to run, and most of the time simple issues have simple solutions. A quick message will get you an answer that will save you a lot of frustration. If you communicate with me, I can happily help you!
