For Sale is a Parker 45 black with brushed chrome cap roller ball pen with Nelson D. Rockefeller facsimillie signature and the Vice-Presidential seal in silver on the black barrel. The pen is in excellent condition with light surface wear and a working black Parker refill. It has Made in U.S.A. and the Parker name and Arrow logo engraved on the cap and measure 5 1/8" long with the cap on. The pen was given out as a gift to visitors to his office. Rockefeller was the Vice President of the United States, Governor of New York State, a senior leader of the Republican Party and a modern day patriarch of the Rockefeller family.
