This is to certify that the presentation case contains one 1999 2oz silver Specimen Australian Kookaburra coin and one 2oz silver uncirculated medallion, minted and inspected by The Perth Mint.

The 1999 Coin & Medallion Set has been issued as part of a four year series to commemorate each of the Perth Coin Fairs from 1997 to the year 2000. The date and the design on the Kookaburra coin will change each year and the medallion will feature different pre-decimal coins on the reverse with The Perth Mint seal on the obverse. The design for this year's medallion is the third in the series and features overlapping reverse and obverse designs of an 1899 Perth Mint sovereign, with reference to the Coin Fair dates and the mintage.

The coin and medallion are made from pure silver refined to a purity of 999 parts in 1,000.

No more than 750 of these Coin & Medallion Sets will be issued.
