15.1 Tactical Ortholite Black Boots Size 15.In excellent condition.Bottom sole of shoe appears made of rubber material.Lower part of shoe is leather and upper part is a thick canvas material which laces up in the front.These shoes are possibly new but i was not positive.These boots do not have steel toes.
