I have two old S23 from tmobile BUT BOTH are network unlocked. Me and my wife have moved onto better phones and no longer need them. Now my store sells modified devices, But unfortunately when u buy from a carrier, they lock the phones down hard. SO both of these  phones are plain jane Samsung 23's. Mods, no custom roms, Nada. Both phones are pretty basic and well work well.
