Many cooling systems require custom cutouts and a lot of time.  This is quick, use your hole saw, drop the fan in and secure with four screws and attach the included grille (paintable).  Mount the thermo controller with 1 or 2 screws, plug into power and done!  It's the fastest I have seen for installation.
