Installation and Use:
1. Put the foot pedal on the rod and connect the rods (maybe need some strength) with attached accessories and tools.
2. Step the dibbler down wiggle back and forth, then withdraw, next drop the saplings in the wedge shaped hole, fill the soil lastly.
