Wissota S8B Skate Sharpener.  Purchased 5/13/1975.  Fully functional. 

This was my machine that my father purchased for me when I played ice hockey.  It was hard finding a place to get my skates sharpened. I stopped playing around 1980.  Used it for my kids when they skated. It’s time for it to go to a new family. 

I’m including a brand new wheel that I bought, but never used in 1999. Several extra Industrial diamonds, graphite lube (&pencil), Allen wrenches, radius gauges for 3/4 and 1/2 inch, instructions. I’ll also include the stainless steel exhaust catcher I designed and pipes for a vacuum system (vacuum not included).

You'll notice that there are additional safety items for this machine, including plexiglass viewing for the diamond dressing.  And note the unique Wissota brass plaque on the front.

The sharpener is heavy, about 100 pounds.  I'm offering this for local pick up only.
