Gorgeous item. T. Cohn was based in Brooklyn, NY and made toys and other metal items and was a USA company. Beautiful, bright colors. Lovely artwork. Based on the woman's haircut on the toy, this seems to be 1930s or 1940s. Clicker does make a clicking noise. Some scratching on metal and colors. Good to very good condition given that this is at least 75 years old. Please check out the photos for size and condition.
