Such an amazing small piece of art work.  Framed, mixed-media artwork titled "CLIFF HOUSE" by the artist KARL SODERLUND. The work depicts a coastal house scene. Appears to be watercolor with ink in a 3D frame - top of the frame has a clear piece of thick plastic so that light can reflect in naturally to the piece.  A metal kick plat on back of frame so piece can be tabletop versus hung.... your choice. 

Measures 5.5"L x 1.5"D x 4"tall.  Interior dimension is 3.5"L x 3"H. 

Overall good vintage condition.  Some paper tears on back of frame as shown in photo.
