classic stoker crank for your child to help you up the hills ... was standard spec on Santana tandems if requested at dealer. has some original grease on it which will clean up with ... YOUR elbow grease, sorry I cant stand the fumes of grease cleaning anymore. 

see pics, ask questions. I believe this was the go-to crank for child extension on a tandem in the 80s/90s ? i've heard it also used on modified BMX or pit bikes ? but its original purpose is tandem
