This is a plastic Doll with eyes that open and shut. Her hair is black and wavy with blue eyes. She is apparently 8 inches with white shoes that is molded plastic, part of the doll.

This is an original vintage item and I believe she is made by Dutchess,  but is not stamped. Her dress is hand made and says "Idaho Centennial 1861 1961." The dress is 2 pieces,  a shirt that ties on, and the top portion.  The dress has a ton sleeve.
