This print is part of Jerry Thomas’ St. Louis Landmark Houses, a set of four fine lithograph prints: Campbell House, Demenil Mansion, Hanley House and Shaw Mansion.

This print is framed and utilizes a quality double mat. It is a first edition, # 89/650. The frame shows some sign of wear, and and one of the mats has a very slight water mark in the lower right corner. The print is in excellent condition with no blemishes.
