- waist, un-stretched: 32" fully stretched it is about 40"
- top of waist to hem: 22"
- width of dress at widest when gently laid flat: 36"+
- depth of ruffle while gently laid flat:12"

- elastic at the waist is older and may need replacing. There is a finished access hole at one seam for adjustment, or you could pull a new elastic or drawstring through.
- An 8" section of the stitching on the upper tier had one of the lines of stitching coming out. I secured the loose ends into the garment, and hand stitched over the area twice with orange thread. It is NOT a perfect hand stitching job, but is secure and there is so much fabric here it's not particularly obvious. See the last 3 photos.
This crinoline was hand washed, line dried prior to listing.
This item will be stored hanging, then carefully squished into a poly bag for shipping.
