• I believe it is what is known as a crotal sleigh bell
• The bell and the hanging bar are both marked with carved initials I F
• The bell is about 2 inches in diameter
• The bell has a ball, not a suspended clapper
• The bar is 4 3/4 inches long
• It has a great sound.  Reminds me of horses and a sleigh going through the snow.
