No finance outstanding or any insurance claims
It has been my daughters car since 2020, she is the 4th owner and in
the last 5 years in her possession has covered 40k miles.
The car was supplied new with the carbon pack option, one of the previous owners fitted a maxton design spoiler cap and my daughter fitted the TRC lowline kit, head light eyebrows, rear tints and sun strip
I took over
the servicing and work on the car at 30k miles so unfortunately there is only a
partial service stamped history.
In July
2024, the sump was holed by road debris while driving and the engine failed
with extensive damage (photos available).
The car was transported to Rusty Auto's and the plan was to forge it,
however due to the extensive damage a replacement block was sourced, new crank
from Vauxhall, turbo cartridge and Wossner forged pistons and PEC rods installed by them at the
cost of 4k.
The engine has now been in the car for 10k miles with no issues and the last oil change was at 5k and will be changed again before sale
This was run in as per their procedure for 1200 miles, the final oil change to Fully Synthetic oil, Fuchs Titan 5-w40 along with a K&N oil filter.
The forged engine would allow you to take modify the car further with uprated turbo, map etc. Currently the only modifcations are zaustworks centre box delete, MK motorsport silicone intake kit and AEM dry filter.
The ECU still has a factory map
In the last year it has had EBC discs and pads all round, both door latches were replaced as they were sticking and unable to close door sometimes, new rear passenger wheel bearing and a new coil pack and new plugs from Vauxhall.
There is some minor damage to the bootlid due to her working in a pub and her car being parked outside some drunk thought it would be a good idea to take his frustation out on it from being thrown out , but a good PDR tech could sort fairly easily.
