SHIPPING POLICY: Our store offers FREE SHIPPING. Nearly all orders ship via eBay Standard Envelope (USPS). Large orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. All orders are shipped in compliance with eBay mailing guidelines therefore we are not responsible for postage due fees applied by USPS and no reimbursements will be issued. This is due to multiple instances of false postage due refund requests. 

CHECKOUT POLICY: Do not check out until you are finished shopping. We allow up to 30 days for combined shipping. There is no need to message us when you are done shopping. Ignore eBay?s automatically generated ?Pay By? date. We do not cancel unpaid items until 30 days after the auction end date. Multiple premature checkouts waste postage and materials and jeopardize our ability to offer free shipping. Buyers who repeatedly ignore this policy will be blocked from future bidding.

BUYER CONDUCT POLICY: Buyers who abuse our free shipping policy by checking out multiple times in a short time span will be blocked indefinitely. Do NOT check out until you have a minimum of $3.00 in auction winnings in your cart. Repeated failure to meet this minimum will result in being blocked. If a buyer checks out and their initial shipment totals less than $3.00, they will be blocked immediately. DO NOT message us regarding delayed eBay Standard Envelope deliveries for any reason. eBay Standard Envelopes often do not receive origination scans or transit scans and may show as ?delivered? 1?5 business days before actual delivery. Delivery can take 2?4 weeks. This is normal for this service. All orders are shipped same or next business day after tracking is uploaded. Non-receipt cases opened before 15 days have elapsed will result in an automatic block. No exceptions.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY: We are a business with normal operating hours. Our office is open Monday?Friday. We do not respond to messages on weekends. We aim to reply to all messages within 48 hours, however, do not send repeat messages about the same issue within 72 hours. Sending the same message on 20 items does not make your inquiry more urgent than others. We see and respond every message. Buyers who ignore stated response times and send repeated messages regarding the same issue will be blocked indefinitely. Once a buyer is blocked we can no longer see your messages. Please note that our responses are NOT AI-generated and are written by our staff.
