This is a plastic Doll with eyes that open and shut. Her hair is black and wavy with dark, blue-gray,  eyes. She is apparently 8 inches with white shoes that is molded plastic, part of the doll.

She is made by Dutchess Doll Corp, and is an original vintage item.
