Neck opening 10cm (4") flat most with elastic or shirt opening
Trousers and skirts measure
Length 15cm (6") from waist to bottom of leg
Waist 14cm (6") wide most are elastic so stretch to 30 cm all around
Inside leg to bottom of leg 8cm (3") long.
