How is measured?

• Tales: The mass band in women at the narrowest point of the waist, in men a little below the navel around the body

• Breast size: The band of mass at the point of the largest chest size, directly below the arms and across the shoulder blades

• Hip size: The mass band in women at the largest point of the hip circumference, below the waist around the body
