Have your very own hobo clown band. These are about 2” tall and what I think is cast plaster. No date or manufacturer, but came from a collectors estate. I can’t find any examples online.

You also get a bag of the same figures in various states of disrepair, depending on how much of a project you want you could glue a few heads on to get a few more figures.
