These are brand new with tags. They are a men's size 9. I stuck a ruler in one of the photos. These are the no boundaries brand and are flip flops. They are red white and blue. Perfect for the 4tj of July. These will work great for beach or pool shoes. I tried to take a lot of pictures make sure to look at them!
