Beautiful vintage Japanese ceramic plate set from the Imaizumi kiln, made in the Mino ware tradition.

This is a complete set of 10 salad / side plates featuring a classic chrysanthemum (kiku) motif in a soft celadon green glaze. The plates are well-crafted stoneware with clean foot rings and finely molded decoration.

Originally presented as gift-grade domestic ware, likely from the Showa period (circa 1960s–1980s). The set is housed in its original wooden storage box for almost 50 years with Japanese calligraphy, which identifies the kiln and pattern. Mint condition.
