1 RARE BLUE ARCTURUS BALLOON GLOBE 38A VACUUM TUBE the metal TIP CAP IS Missing so I plugged it into my tester just to see if it would light up and as you can see in the pictures it does light up but it doesn't show anything else on the tester because the metal tip cap is missing
