Shipping Monday-Wednesday, overnight delivery.

Please provide a delivery date (Tuesday-Thursday) on a day you will be home to receive the shipment (message to seller upon purchase), and please allow at least 2 days to prepare shipment. 

Duplicate shipping charges will be refunded for multiple sales that are ordered and shipped together.

Heat pack is provided in insulated box in colder weather or cold pack in hot weather, but this should not sit out in freezing or hot weather.

Corals are packaged well with alive arrival guarantee!

You must be home to receive package.

DOA items must be reported with a clear photo via email within 3 hours of delivery in original container.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
