This pair of consecutive Zimbabwe banknotes from a bank bundle would be uncirculated EXCEPT that there is some soiling and there are some signs of handling on the corners. So they are much better than most circulated notes, but I also can't call them uncirculated.
Their soiled spots are readily visible in the images, which are scans of the exact notes the buyer will receive.
