This 1980 Fender “The Strat” is in great shape with minimal wear to it.

It is a little on the Beefier side weighing 10.8 lbs.

The Candy Apple Red paint is all original and in great shape, but it does have a slight textured look to it. Apparently, this was common on these red “The Strat” guitars.

The pickup and electronics are all original and work and sound great. The lower knob is still hooked up as a 2 position rotary switch.

The neck is smooth and comfortable and free from any imperfections.

The frets are also perfect.

It almost appears that this guitar wasn't played much if at all
