I rate this item as FUNCTIONAL:
  1. Focusing: fully functional at entire range.
  2. Aperture control: fully functional at entire range.
  3. Optics: clear, no fungus, no haze, no bad damages. Visible minimal dust/specks inside, minimal cleaning marks/coatings' wear on glasses and one circular mark/scratch(8mm) at the edge of the front glass - without any impact on imaging. 
  4. Cosmetics: body with cosmetic wear (see photos).
Lens was tested - it's sharp and renders as expected.
