About this guitar:
This guitar came directly from Fender to my supplier, it has never been sold retail, the protective stickers are still on the pickguard, backs of the tuners and back plate. It was tested by a team of technicians and no issues were found, all electronics work as designed, the neck is straight with no buzz and the set up is to factory specs. When we polished the guitar we did not find any blemishes or scratches.
Per agreement with Fender there is a tiny used stamp on the back of the headstock and the last two digits of the stamped serial number have been removed and a sticker with the serial number has been placed over the stamped number.

FAQ, frequently asked questions
Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher? The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.
Who refurbishes your instruments? All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.
Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty? No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.
Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it? All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box. However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and getting bumped around during shipping. Also some players like to set up a new guitar to their own personal preferences.

Returns will be accepted 7 days after the buyer receives the product. Returns must be in the same condition as described in the listing and shipped in the original shipping materials. The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. A refund will be made for the original purchase price less our shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
If an item arrives damaged notify us immediately upon delivery so that we can file an insurance claim. If notification is beyond the shipping company's time frame for filing a claim no refund or return can be made.
PLEASE NOTE: BECAUSE OF ISSUES WITH CUSTOMS AND POSTAL SERVICES IN OTHER COUNTRIES THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL SALES. ITEMS WILL BE FULLY INSURED AGAINST LOSS AND DAMAGE SO THAT THE BUYER IS PROTECTED, BUT THE ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON
