We use the Ebay Global Shipping Program.  Your item will be shipped to an Ebay freight forwarding warehouse in the United States. Ebay then takes control of the shipment. Ebay will generate a new tracking # and forward the shipment to your destination.  If your order has been refused delivery and is shipping back, it is shipping back to Ebay, not us. Our obligation for international orders is to get your order to Ebay at which point. Ebay takes responsibility for the shipment and assumes responsibility.
